Contact form submissions are processed through Formspree, a third-party form service. When you submit the form, your information is transmitted securely over an encrypted HTTPS connection and delivered to our email inbox. Formspree stores form submissions on their servers.

This website is hosted on Netlify, a secure cloud hosting platform. Netlify does not have access to your form submissions.

Do We Share Your Information?

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes — ever.

Your information may only be shared in the following limited circumstances:

• With service providers who help operate this website (Netlify, Formspree) solely for the purpose of delivering your message to us

Children's Privacy

While Jules Speech Therapy Services provides therapy for children including infants and school-age youth, this website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13.

All contact form submissions regarding a child's care must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through this site, please contact us immediately so we can remove it.

Jules Speech Therapy Services is committed to protecting the privacy of all clients in full compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

This website's contact form is intended only for general inquiries and does not constitute a clinical intake process. No Protected Health Information (PHI) should be submitted through this form.

Once a therapeutic relationship is established, all clinical communication, documentation, records, and billing are handled through HIPAA-compliant systems and are governed by a separate Notice of Privacy Practices provided to all clients at the start of services.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Continued use of this website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
